The Telesales Team Lead will lead a team of Telesales agents responsible for outbound prospect and customer outreaches, to ensure conversion, transaction and retention. The role is purposed to ensure heightened productivity of the team, drive towards set targets and review processes from data insights.

  • Creating powerful sales models to improve the sales funnel and ensuring monthly and yearly sales goals are reached.
  • Prepare and review telesales scripts as necessary, and coach the team in prime telesales abilities.
  • Managing the telesales team and assisting with/handling customer escalations.
  • Relate with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues or transaction barriers.
  • Monitoring the performance of the team and coach real-time when necessary.
  • Compiling and presenting sales reports weekly.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in sales, marketing or similar fields.
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading a telesales team.
  • Strong managerial and sales skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to write and present reports accurately, and make good deductions.
  • Strong organisational skills.
